Horrendous fire at the Parkgate marsh beds with many of the reserves early nesters at serious risk.
Marsh harriers, bearded tits and the very rare Cetti's warblers were affected.
First reports say it was started deliberately.😧

A couple of farms we shoot on, also one up the road, fire brigade were also called to a wood about 2 miles away, public foot path at the back of a new industrial estate some one set that alight. Norfolk / Suffolk border,
Just saw the video on the net, disgusted, dick heads

It drives me nuts when wildlife suffers from idiots who should know better.
There has to be a stronger deterrent for the protection of our fauna and flora, £100 fines and community service orders
are just not acceptable.
