Just watched the film bohemian rhapsody...... Fan or not it surprised me just how many of the songs I new every word too.... Wonder if the millennium youngsters will ever have the same connection when they grow auld and decrepit..... And leave Joe Cole alone....... Also watched the remake of papillon and its another film that just doesn't do the original any justice

Each generation has its songs, some will be pan generational. My Way doesn't do anything for me although the Sid Vicious version resonated with me as a yoof. Give it 20 years and you'll have middle aged folk giving it "ella, ella, ella, ella, under my umberella.....". Who's to say who's the daftest, after all, I'm the dandy highway man who you're to scared to mention.....

20 years! I Got Mrs singing that all the time and she's within that age bracket. Between em all in this house, its like a drunk at the juke box!
