Rabbit Goulash - Rabbit Goulash

This is a regular favourite of mine with a definite east European flavour...

Ingredients:

  • 1 Rabbit
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Tablespoons of Paprika
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Can chopped Tomato's
  • 1 Large Potato
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • Pasta of choice
  • Cooking oil
  • Pinch of Salt

Method:

Chop the onions and place in a large pan with a little cooking oil. Heat till the onions are just starting to cook. Add the garlic fine chopped and the rabbit...
