Rabbit In Olive Oil - Rabbit In Olive Oil Recipe

Ingredients:

• Rabbit
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper

Method:

Rabbit should be skinned and gutted and soaked in salt water or milk overnight

Remove rabbit from the water or milk rinse in clean water

Place it in a large pan cover with water and bring to the boil

Simmer for 2 to 3 hrs or until the meat starts to flake of the bone...
