As Iā€™m in quarantine and bore shitless , made a stove from the empty salmon tin from earlier .....

Bit rough and ready but works well , might try another but measure out more accurately , use a HSS drill bit instead of a wood one and drill the holes slightly smaller for a better bloom but all in all not a bad first attempt and it does actually work so all good šŸ‘

Get yourselves a tin of salmon , make lunch and make yourself a stove too šŸ‘

Itā€™s obviously a common symptom of not getting out enough. My daughter and my effort last night but tuna instead. I think this was a bit too big a tin as it took forever to bloom but got the hot chocolate made in the end :)
