What a skill 
can’t be easy to keep the profile even on the edge all the way down with a stone that size. I’ve got trouble doing it with a 8inch blade

What a skill
8 whole inches? Even keeping the edge profile on a half inch chisel is a challenge enough for me.
I noticed their sharpening stones are slightly domed. I presume there is a good reason for that, wonder what purpose it serves?

Yup 8 inches lol. Am the same with3 inches lol (crap lol).......
Thought about the shape of there stone also...at first I put it down to wear but all the stones look that shape. Would be interesting to find out why
