I normally have a car windscreen frost shield between me and the tarp (forgot that I forgot that as per a different thread
) but while I hadn't anticipated the puddle, I was in the bivvy bag. I was dry and the bivvy bag was hung up to dry when I got home, s'all good homes.

I have been a bit on the lazy side lately and needed my kit sorting out, not been putting things away properly which leads to things going walkies on me!
emptied the lot out and re-starting.
I am one of those who bought a B.O.B kit bag , some stuff was OK some was more than that and yep some was a bit on the cheaper side. better than nothing I guess, when money permits will upgrade on certain stuff.
A few things I would not take, like the blue tarp you don't want people to know where you are, and the orange beach tent wont really need, it was a fiver in the charity shop, I could in theory leave the tent the redish poncho is good quality and will keep me dry OK. the small gas stove wont last long and possible the big magnet with black rope(keep rope) ,will be going magnet fishing soon. not sure on the crossbow pistol it is not a high end one but it does give a bit of a kick. The rifle is a defo take from a hunting point of view
