Think I would budget for 2x bags a night in the winter.....for mainly night time use.
Summer months maybe 1x bag a night as the fire is for effect only really.
Longer daylight hours too.
Logs would be used in gelert fire pit.....small fire sit closer.
I've been there a few times, its a nice spot but... the ground is very very wet all year round. Site owner Ian will sell you wood or take your own and no need for a fire pit. You can drive a 4x4 down to the site (you cross a railway line and head down). Fresh water and toilet block a few minutes walk up hill. Tesco is about ten minutes drive away.
Also because you are at the bottom of a valley next to a fast flowing river the temperature can be 5c or 6c cooler than at the top of the access track. Don't forget to visit Aberdulais
