we are doing experiments with good trail food, soya nuts are found in most mixed seed mixes. They are high in complete protein, high in fat and are a bit salty. Which means you need to eat very few to keep going.

200gms of soya beans rehydrated over night.

Heat a baking tray with a covering of oil. Dry the rehydrated beans, then toss in the oil. Add sea salt. Cook in medium heat oven for 30 minutes. cool, bag and eat.

This can be done with other pulses such as chickpeas and other seeds.
