Squirrel 'n' Mash - Squirrel 'n' Mash Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3+ Cleaned Squirrels
  • Olive Oil
  • 1lb Chopped Tomatoes
  • 3 Crushed Garlic Bulbs
  • Half Tube Tomato Puree
  • 3 Fingers Of Corriander
  • Potatoes

Method:

In a medium size pan ,coat the base in a generous covering of olive oil, 1lb of chopped tomatoes, 3 crushed garlic bulbs, half a tube of tomato puree, 3 fingers of corriander

Bring to the boil, stiring regularly, add water to approx 1/3 up the pan, continue to stir, and bring to the boil...
