Staghorn sumach juice

Ingredients:

  • 5 staghorn sumach flower heads
  • 1 litre of warm water
  • Honey (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Get a 1 litre jug and put the staghorn flower heads into it
  2. Next pour over the water and weigh down the heads.
  3. Leave for a couple of hours..
  4. Sweeten with honey
  5. Serve cold...
