A place to share pictures and reports of the coming storm

We have gone from a lovely dry .....mild.... sunny day with little breeze here in Devon......to a grey and fast moving cloud base.
Wind is starting to pick up.....still early days.......but a definite change already.

Amber warning up here Bill, she's forecast to kick our arses late tonight or very early am tomorrow. Oh well it looks like it will be Wendy getting up if Meggy needs a wee in the night

Not quite 'hooley stations' yet but its been picking up through the day and now the rain is pretty heavy. Forecast though so can't complain.

Brace yourself..... etc. :p

Same here Joe at the moment.

Light rain.......50 km/h winds from the SSW recorded gust of 87km/h apparently.
We have big tides here at the moment 4.1 meters.......... today at around 06.45 being high tide.
Had a look down at the beach and harbour......a few goffers coming over the sea wall.....but nothing spectacular.
