We was at a loss of what to do today so it was a quick decision to visit a spot I spent many a happy time as a kid. One of the places where I would say I started Bushcraft. It was a bit cold but could not resist a swim lol. Couldn’t find the old tagger after the swim right enough few pictures for yous.

It would mate. It’s a really nice spot. There are a few alcove bits along the water front so a will check them out at some point

Must have been a real treat revisiting a childhood haunt and sharing it with your own children.
Lovely pictures mate.........looks like a prime spot for a camp too

One thing that surprised me was Sharons choice of T-shirt for you on the day
If she had chosen Camofluage she would have had more chance of losing you

Hi bill yes my tshirt was a tad bright and yes she dose dress me

Was fun taking my kids to the same spot I use to go as a kid. Braw bit of Nostalgia for me

It’s part of the Trossachs so am not sure if I can camp there. But I will find out lol. Lovely spot mate and the water is just right for the kids
