Dig up a good length root of first year burdock [it is biannual].
wash and scrub thoroughly. Cut in jullenne size peices and place in frying pan. Cover with water and then boil water off. When most of the water has evaporated add seseme oil and soy sauce. Coook for a minute longer. Add freshly grated jack by the hedge root and serve.
