You don't need to boil anywhere in the UK
A may agree with you on high elevated streams with a source spouting up through the ground also Above human habitat. But again it still poses the question is it safe to drink? And a high elevated stream but How far are you willing to travel to make sure no dead animals are in the water at such heights ? In a non survival situation why would you drink straight from the source and risk! Illness? As I said I can understand why in a real survival situation! If the choice is die or be ill and survive....a think we would all agree on the answer to that one lol.
I have to ask harry ( genuinely) for your statement above! Where is the proof
To simply say you don’t have to boil water in the uk to consume it safely! Is a dangerous statement to make for an open thread. And I for one would like any new members who is reading this to always boil river, loch, stream water!!!!!
