What can you make from a knackered old thermos?

Well you can make one of these, a woodgas camp stove.

Haven't tested it yet as am waiting for the abrosteel metal putty to cure. Don't even know if the putty will resist heat as it's all I could find locally, and has no info with it other than how to mix it.
Results of first burn and pics to follow.
 
It could but I don't know what the inner pot is made from. ( found it in a hedge couple days back) It looked like the insert from one of those insulated mugs and it wore out a brand new drill bit doing half the holes.

Well tried something different as a seal this afternoon, gun gum. Had a short 30 min burn and it's gone rock solid and seems to be holding well. Will do a longer sustained burn later when Lil turd is in bed. On my own with her atm as Mrs gone visiting in Leeds.
 
Nice tidy job, what the stats weight, height etc if you don't mind.
