Hi guys, im started getting all my gear ready for some winter camping (hopefully in time for the snow)!
I know loads of people use the Zebra Billie's but what size do people reccomend?

Currently MM sell a selection: Military Surplus Mess Kit for Camping and Bushcraft

Im assuing people will recommend one of these...? Or is there a better option?

I have the 12cm one but with hindsight I should have got the 14cm one really David ! :)

I use a 750 ml titanium pot from "Toaks" which now a days is very well copied by Tomshoo and sold for half the price.

Toaks produces several sizes, the largest I know has 1600 ml, what would be enough for TWO Persons.

If I would go out with a couple I would take with me the 750ml and the 1600ml.

This pots are very very light. Here we have the option to save a lot of weight without buying really weak stuff, what we usually do, if we try to save weight.

(How I store my complete gas kitchen in this 750ml pot I showed in the thread "How light is lightweight ?". The burner showed there is recommended for maximal 2 Litre pots.)

I'm going to buy the 16cm myself next month, had the 10cm for years but planning on taking my little girl on my adventures in the new year and hopefully her Mum will join too. Hoping to have a few group camps in the future also so need something bigger to cook for 2-4
