Hey,

When I start going wild camping is there any advice you would give? Anything to help would be great :)

Thanks

Amanda
When pitching your tent/tarp always try to pitch with the back facing the prevailing weather which in this country is usually from the West. So wind from West pitch back south west or north west

If you're wild camping in England and Wales be sure that you are ok with the landowner, many are fine about wild camping but at least like to be asked first. Find out what the ground rules are, can you get access to safe drinking water, are open fires allowed, how long can you stay etc. A polite request goes a long long way.
It's usually best to avoid livestock or arable fields so woodlands and boundaries are your best bet.
