He’s living a life I would love to live. He also talks sense..... but I have to admit when the camera panned on that cracking big homemade wooden tanker, I lost interest in what he was saying and started to figure out how to make one

The book will be an interesting read, and I'm sure will explain things like planning permission, sewage disposal, building regulations and all the other obstacles to overcome before he built his cabin. I assume Ireland have some if not all such hoops to jump through, even on his own land.
