We will be returning to the normal site we use for the summer meet ....
the land we have available for the meet comprises of
70 acres broad-leaf woodland
700 acres of grazing/farm land
Access from the parking area to the main camp is via a 4x4 ....dont panic if you dont have one we can arrange a lift to and from the main area all we ask is you tip the ferry man with a £5
Toilets will be the same set up as last year ... EVERY ONE must use compost able bin liners (like this ... Solution Green 30L Bags | Compostable Bin Liners x30 Food Waste Caddy Bags (30 Litres): Amazon.co.uk: Kitchen & Home ) (dont forget your small bale of saw dust for the toilet )
IF YOU COME TO THE SITE WITH THE WRONG BAGS YOU CANT USE THE TOILET ....

I will be buying a new geny for use at the site so if a few of you could bring a gallon of fuel in a can with your name on that would be great
we have secured shooting rites for the duration of the meet for forum members ALL shooters wishing to hunt the land will need to show up to date insurance and will also need to pass a shooting test organized by @divebuddy ALL rifles must be uk legal as in 12ftpld ......all questions regarding the shooting side of the event needs to be directed to Dick so please pm him for any questions 
the cost is £7 per night(children under 14 free) (camping ) this includes shooting on some of the land for the duration of the meet
all monies are payable at the gate on arrival (PLEASE HAVE THE CORRECT MONIES FOR YOUR STAY IN A PLASTIC MONEY BAG WITH YOUR NAME VISABLE FROM THE OUT SIDE )(nr Saltash Cornwall ) site is open to us on mid day on the 28th so please time your travel to arive after then so it gives me a chance to get in and get the trailer empty ready for transporting your kit up the hill (depart on the 3rd /08 mid day we need to be clear of the site ) as an when you know your date of ETA let me know and i will update the post

guys and girls please remember to send me a text THE NIGHT BEFORE you are planning to get to the site with an ETA as i do not have phone signal in the parking field ...so i can make sure im in the field waiting for you to give you a lift to base camp with your kit .... if you dont need a lift up and you no the way dont bother texting me ok
