A quick five kilometres around Scaling Dam on my day off and as the weather is superb today ....did a reverse of the normal route ... seemed faster .The North Yorkshire Moors are waking up ........
Makes a nice walk tooLooks good Rob, apart from the running about bit I'm quite jealous.
Yeah definitely... wish I had more time to commit to it but after a day at work I can’t always muster the motivation... might get better as the days get lighter ...
Yeah I feel physically better and it’s good for the head space tooSpot on Feeling fit or fit’ish is always a bonus, and as you say the lighter nights will help when they get here, I’ve not felt fit in years lol so I might follow your lead rob Keep it up mate
Pretty much, happened to catch an interview with Mr Motivator on the telly this morning (remember him ???) and he was aiming it an an older audience but was saying you didn't need to get out and run or even walk, just moving about or dancing or anything was better than nothing. I guess it will depend on your starting level but aye, anything is better than nothing. My mate is super fit , ex army commando ( 59 cdo RE ) , PTI and Army Diver .... his advice is just get out there and get something done .... something is better than nothing
