No not at all Rich :) at the top of the page where the forum heading is ^^^^ look right and next to your name you will see a picture of a small envelope.
Click on that......type in recipients name that you want to contact......it will flag up.....click it to insert.
Add a title and off you go.....type your message and post 👍;)
