I ordered the water resistant smart phone Samsung X-Cover 4.

So far I understand it's based on the Android system.

Which offline road and street navigation system do you recommend to me, if possible free ware of course.

Are hiking maps existing as well?
 
I've found Viewranger the best however it has one small annoyance.
If you mark a place if interest on your phone you cannot see it if you log in on the PC.
