It's not a good indicator really. The YP used to be 2" think in Sheffield, and if you clout a burglar round the back of the neck with one it's a more effective stopper than an air pistol. In Stafford if you can get 1 they are about Ā¼" thick and the hw45 blows stright though it even at 15 yards. So I think you should consider a more reliable method of gauging power.
