I think they can be classed as wild food. My diving buddy just brought me 30 fresh ones!

Thought you might like a picture of the cooked result. Our own courgettes with lardons and garlic bread. The rest have gone in the freezer. I restricted myself to eight scallops.

Oysters are nice to.....they give you Lardons as well.....Nice supper.

Never had scallops and ill try owt once.
Send a plate over my young man and ill give them the once over. Looks like a decent bit of grub.
