Looked at last year's calendar and I am about two weeks behind. So I have cultivated today ready to get the spuds in and also got a new onion bed going. Still got some parsnips to dig up.
Well done mate, the way things are going having your own veg might be handier than usual.
We've got a lot of the infrastructure ready to go at the allotment, I've dug over most the stuff she wants. Good job as we got an email from the allotment commissars giving instructions about going up on your own (nae dugs) and social distancing etc. Looks like some of the numpties haven't been playing the game. At least the missus can head up and do what she needs.
I'm way behind you guys, I'm still clearing an abandoned garden that hasn't been touched since before Louise's mother died almost three years ago...it was like the secret garden.
Update on the plot. Cucumbers and tomatoes doing well in the greenhouse and beetroot, parsnips, courgettes, potatoes and runner beans all surviving. We have had two raspberries so far and the strawberries are starting to get going.
