You could make it to whatever size you want.

That's some nice work, lots of tools and time put in, there's a poor man's version as well, iirc it was Kent Survival that mate it, if no-one beats me to it I'll search for the video later.

I was looking for a simplified version myself to post, but couldn't find one. My Dad and his mates used to make something similar with a few old planks.

I had a dig about and found this folding chair. When it's up it is only two foot tall at its tallest point but it is a bit of a sod to get back out of unless you're feeling particularly limber.
