Floor is in place! Used 18mm plywood. 8 X 4 sheet was a heavy beast. Managed to jack up the kitchen unit and slide it in place.

You may have seen it on the news. Big boat fire in Torquay harbour yesterday. £6 million super yacht. Burnt out and sank. Supposed to be 8000 litres of fuel on board.

Good point. Nobody injured but it burnt through mooring ropes and drifted against walkway pier which was fire damaged.

Who thinks putting up bunting is a dangerous pastime? Daughter ended up in Torbay emergency after falling 3 feet off step ladder. One broken ankle!

Just flicked through the channels, OOHH my favourite on BBC2 Spring watch, a trio of 
heads , Saint Chris (in the Hub), Lady Strachan, at Ken hill (Norfolk), with that other babbling nob in Mull (apologies to Welsh patronage of the forum), had to watch with the sound off (better than listening to and dribble), 25min that was enough , me done, till autumn, that`s what we pay the tele licence for
