Always a tough one to call......the thought of bailing early is never popular......nor wanted.
I don't think anyone would blame you guys if you did bail early after the licking you and some of the kit has taken.
It's a long road home for some of you......be safe.

Too dark to see what's happening with Matt and Glenn. Surprised that my own shelter survived as that's a mishmash of tent and tarp.

We got out for a bit today, we even saw some sun . We scoped out a couple of possible locations for future meets and had a walk by the loch. The world looked a bit different with some blue sky!

I'm struggling to upload pics, I'll have to shrink them first I think.

So, we made it South as far as Liverpool before the trailer wheel bearings let rip. Matt did some running repairs in the services, so we're now continuing with half a set of wheel bearings. Wish us luck folks, it could be a long journey home.

But first, we've had the wheel off again, the bearing was flapping around, so more repairs needed. Back on the road now.

The wheels came off. One of them literally. We lost a wheel on the M5, so we had to throw all the gear out, Kung Fu it into the landie and abandon the trailer.

We're making better progress now

home now mate had to leave trailer on the side of the m5 ... the stub axle was worn down to nothing (scrap)
