Female or doe roo. Between the tail & the right rear leg you can see the huge pouch hanging down. This is because there is a fairly large joey still in the pouch!

Is Roo meat decent enough to eat or not? or is it frowned upon culturally??
 
I think I saw it one time in Lidl.
As I recall, there are some stately homes in England that have wallabies. They look much the same as a roo, but they are smaller than an adult roo.
