So why aren't the police after him for statutory rape?
It's a civil case, statutory rape would be a criminal case.
And if anyone is proven to have done wrong, they should face the consequences. But not knowing the facts and listening to half a story is not getting the facts.
Bojo is a clown and has done loads wrong and may well end up in a courtroom.

Dunno. Statute of limitations? No appetite for a he said/she said case with no physical evidence? Did she try to lodge a criminal complaint and have it turned down? It's all as clear as mud.

Exactly why I don't take a stance either way.
It's difficult to prove either way. If PA believed or was told she was of legal age and willing, its very difficult to prove otherwise in a one on one case.
"Beyond reasonable doubt" is what a jury would be told.
If there'd been a criminal case where he was found guilty its a lot clearer. But there hasn't been. He at this moment in time hasn't been found guilty of anything.

Because the woman accusing Andrew started a CIVIL case and not a criminal one. And Civil In legal terms means money. So It looks as If the 500,000 dollar payout that she got after signing a document about 11 years ago saying that she wouldn't bring up any sex abuse charges again regarding that case has started to run out. So why not get another massive payout this time against Andrew, a member of the royal family. Doesn't get any better than that does It đź’° Sorry guys but It just don't wash with me, whoever It Is that's being accused.

Any woman has a right to earn a living on her back, knees or whatever, as long as there's a price list on the headboard and not a kiss and tell years later when you feel like a free meal, holiday, home.
There's a lot we don't know and will never know in this and many other cases. PA is hardly likely to go to the US again and a civil court ruling there won't hold much water here I think.
Why was he not mentioned in the case all those years ago, only just worked out who he is and how much he's worth possibly?
You know what yanks are like about things outside the USA, they don't exist, unless they can make a quick buck out of it.
 
If there was anything online it would have been outed months ago. The yanks and the screaming harpies that are convinced he's guilty of anything and everything since the appearance of his first pube, if not before, will have been over it with a fine tooth comb.
