As you see, the lightweight insulation Matres, ThermARest Z-Lite, working till 0*C fits in. In the pictures its cutted, what means here you see only half a mat, what is a good very light option for the Summer.

Of course the 560 g Decathlon Tarp Arpenaz Kaki 290 x 285 cm is with 560g the better lightweight option. (25 €)

As a light ground sheet for the Tarp you could use the Decathlon Solognac Hunting Rain Poncho "Glenarm 100" (220x135 cm) 275g, 15€

Poncho and groundsheet in one piece means multiuse and reducing the weight on a hike.
