Might be worth changing ponds Mark?........or would the traveling be too much for a quick session?

It Dose have the appeal of being 20 min up the road bill, so a can hit it and quit it without much fuss ,another reason is am determined to catch there😂. about 8 years ago I was fishing that pond at least once a week sometimes more, also winter lol, Had the pond down to a fine art, knew almost every feature and the favourite holds ,depth for the float, also knew where the fish held for winter. Could say I was addicted, she did 😁. It’s all changed ,Now it’s got less fish (but bigger ones🥳) and full of weeds with only a few patches without ,and a small island in the middle,so the little puddle has its appeal back 😁 and Sharon has that look of disappointment back also😂😂

Stunning, almost forgot I was fishing 😁

Ah’ha 😁 after a little investigating 🤔 I could have just the answer to my “not catching faf all” it’s called a chod rig, named after the matter layup on the bottom of lake beds, and weed 👍🏻
