Not completely stopped but cut right down

Thankfully gave up the fags a few years ago, did do Dry January this year , I would be the first to admit I do drink far too much.

stick with quiting guys it was hard but breathing does get alot easier

6 months down the line and Im still off the fags, I do occasionally use a vape though
